At Kings Flooring, we take pride in every floor we install. That's why we stand behind our craftsmanship with a 1-Year Installation Warranty on all qualifying residential installations.

Manufacturer Warranty
Your flooring materials are covered separately by the manufacturer's warranty.
Kings Flooring proudly installs products from leading manufacturers, each with their own warranty
Sand & Finish Projects
Due to the natural characteristics of real hardwood, sand and finish projects are not covered under our installation warranty.
Wood naturally expands, contracts, changes color, and reacts to temperature, humidity, sunlight, and normal wear. Because these conditions are beyond the installer's control, no warranty is provided on sand-and-finish work.
Moisture & Subfloor Requirements
Proper moisture testing is performed before installation whenever required.
Some flooring manufacturers require:
Moisture mitigation systems
Concrete sealers
Vapor barriers
Approved underlayments
Failure to install required moisture protection—or future moisture intrusion after installation—may void manufacturer warranties and is not covered by Kings Flooring.
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, customers should:
Maintain proper indoor temperature and humidity.
Use manufacturer-approved cleaning products.
Install felt pads on furniture.
Clean spills promptly.
Avoid dragging heavy furniture across the floor.
Follow all manufacturer care and maintenance guidelines.
What Our Installation Warranty Covers
For one year from your installation date, we will repair installation-related issues resulting from our workmanship, including:
✔ Loose or lifting flooring caused by installation error
✔ Improper transitions or trim installation
✔ Installation-related squeaks (when caused by workmanship)
✔ Gaps or movement resulting from improper installation methods
✔ Other workmanship defects directly related to our installation
If a problem is determined to be caused by our installation, we will correct it at no labor cost to you.
What Is Not Covered
Our installation warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Water or flood damage
Plumbing leaks
Appliance leaks
Pet damage
Improper cleaning products
Abuse, neglect, or misuse
Furniture scratches or dents
Heavy impacts
Normal expansion and contraction caused by seasonal humidity
Foundation movement or structural settling
Subfloor movement outside of our control

We wanted to refinish/replace the entire floor covering before moving into our first house with a tight timeline and Kings Flooring delivered! They replaced some part of carpet with new matching oak planks weaved in. Both were sanded, custom stained, and finished with water based matte polyurethane. Miguel and team were very responsive and frequently checked in to make sure everything was done as we expected, even after the project was completed. Our stair treads and risers were in a worse condition than expected but their carpet installer took the effort to french cap them with a tailored look. We are very happy with our floor and so is our kitty.
